• Start your tour at any time from 8 am to 6 pm, allowing you to choose either a day tour or a night tour.

Know before you go

• Bad Weather Policy: Rain or shine, our walking tours continue, and we always have a great day no matter what the weather. However, if there is a typhoon or extreme rain, then we follow the advice issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. This means that we cancel all tours if, one hour before the start of the tour, there is a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning in effect. In such cases, we will reschedule your tour or offer a full refund. All tours still run at Typhoon Signals No. 1 and No. 3, and under Amber Rainstorm Warnings. For up-to-date information on Hong Kong weather, you can check the Hong Kong Observatory website.
• Cancellation Policy: If, for whatever reason, you want to cancel your booked tour, please note the following. Please email us your notice to cancel, and we will confirm the cancellation by email.
  • A 100% refund, excluding the service/tax charges, will be given if you cancel more than seven days (more than 168 hours) before your tour.
  • A 50% refund, excluding the service/tax charges, will be given if you cancel between seven days and two days (between 167 and 48 hours) before your tour.
  • There are no refunds if you cancel less than two days (48 hours) before the start of your tour.
  • There are no refunds if you do not turn up for the tour.
• Rescheduling Policy: If your travel plans change or you become ill while travelling and wish to reschedule your booked tour, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. If we still have availability on the date you want to reschedule to, the following rules apply:
  • We can reschedule a tour at no additional cost if you tell us more than seven days before your tour is due to take place.
  • There will be a 50% rescheduling charge for tours rescheduled with seven or fewer days' notice.
  • Tours cannot be rescheduled with less than 14 hours' notice.
• Rescheduling charges can be paid by credit card via invoice.
