Drive to Ruaha with a packed lunch, heading to one of Tanzania's best-kept secrets.
This is a long journey of almost 9 hours, giving you a real feel for the African countryside en route.

Day 02

Full-Day Safari in Ruaha National Park

Enjoy a full-day safari drive within Ruaha National Park, with packed lunches.
Experience the remoteness of Ruaha, which gives the perfect impression of a real safari in wild Africa.
Return to the camp in the evening for an overnight stay at the campsite.

Day 03

Another Full Day Exploring Ruaha

Enjoy another full-day safari drive within Ruaha National Park, with packed lunches.
Return to the camp in the evening for an overnight stay at the campsite.

Day 04

Travel to Mikumi and Afternoon Game Drive

After breakfast, drive to Mikumi with a packed lunch.
Arrive at Mikumi National Park in the early afternoon.
After lunch, set off for a late afternoon safari drive for your first glimpse of Mikumi.

Day 05

Morning in Mikumi and Journey to Selous

Wake up early and set off on an early morning safari drive in Mikumi National Park.
Return to the lodge for breakfast.
Depart with a packed lunch for Selous Game Reserve.

The journey takes approximately 7 hours through some of the most amazing, truly wild, and untouched areas of Tanzania.

Day 06

Walking Safari and Flight to Dar es Salaam

Wake up for a very early breakfast and indulge in a very adventurous activity - a walking safari.
Join a professional guide and an armed ranger for a walking safari into the wilderness, and experience the bush on foot.
In the mid-afternoon, take a plane back to Dar es Salaam.
