6-Day Kenya Safari to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli

Pick up from your Nairobi hotel or airport and depart for Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive at your lodge for lunch. After lunch, relax for 30 minutes before starting your afternoon game drive, which continues until late evening.

The Mara is one of the few places on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, and where you will find vast numbers roaming the plains and forests of Africa. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of thousands of wildebeest and zebra, with predators right on their heels trying to capitalize on a meal.

Wake up for a full buffet breakfast as you feel the cool breeze from the wild. After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive in the reserve, with a packed lunch to enjoy during the drive.

You will rise early for a sunrise game drive on the Masai Mara plains and then return to the lodge for a full breakfast. After breakfast, you will check out and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park.

You will arrive at Lake Nakuru Lodge, where you will check in and have lunch. After lunch, you will embark on a game drive around the shores of Lake Nakuru. This game drive offers excellent bird-watching opportunities and the chance to view black and white rhino.

Later in the evening, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Wake up early for a hot buffet breakfast, then check out of your lodge and enjoy a game drive en route to Amboseli National Park. Pass by Nairobi for lunch at a famous carnivore restaurant before proceeding to Amboseli.

After lunch, continue to Amboseli National Park and arrive in the late afternoon, in time for an afternoon game drive en route to your lodge.

Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.

You will rise early and set off for a morning game drive with some amazing views of Mount Kilimanjaro before the clouds build up over the summit. A packed lunch will be provided during the drive.

An optional visit to a Masai village can be planned after breakfast. This tour reveals the singing and dancing of the Masai, which are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. You will also get a glimpse into their homes and social structure.

Despite its changing habitat, Amboseli National Park is one of the best wildlife areas in the whole of Africa to experience elephant at close range. Later in the evening, you will return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will check out and say farewell to the best of what East Africa has offered. After a short morning game drive, you will drive back to Nairobi, arriving in time for lunch.

After lunch, you will be dropped off at the airport or your Nairobi hotel.
