This four-day tour to Kenya's eastern coastal region combines Amboseli National Park and Taita Hills Sanctuary, with chances to see Mt. The itinerary

Day 01

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Pick up at 0630 hrs and head to Amboseli via Ostrich Farm in Kitengela. A short stopover for use of washrooms will be available. Later, check in for lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay at Kibo Safari Lodge.
An evening game drive will be conducted from 1630 hrs - 1800 hrs. Have dinner and rest for the night.
Amboseli National Park is famously known as the "land of Jumbos" due to the big herds of African elephants moving around the park. The word "Amboseli" is a Maasai word meaning "a place of salty dust". The park lies on the foothills of the tallest mountain in Africa, Mt. Kilimanjaro. You may be lucky enough to see the three peaks of Kilimanjaro early in the morning or evening, and sometimes during the day when the atmosphere is not cloudy. You could also have the chance to see the other "big three" animals of Kenya: the lion, leopard, and Cape buffalo. The rare kudu gazelles can also be spotted at times.

Day 02

Amboseli to Taita Hills Sanctuary

Enjoy an early game drive at Amboseli National Park from 0600 hrs - 0800 hrs, then return for breakfast and check out by 0930 hrs before departing for Taita Hills.
Later, stop for lunch at Taita Hills Resort. Then, check in at Salt Lick en route to an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Salt Lick.

Day 03

Game Drives and Leisure at Taita Hills Sanctuary

After an early game drive from 0630 hrs - 0830 hrs, return for breakfast.
Have a short rest with personal activities until 1200 hrs, then head to Taita Hills Resort for recreational activities such as swimming until 1630 hrs.
Set out for an evening game drive and return to Salt Lick for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 04

Taita Hills Sanctuary to Diani

After an early breakfast, check out by 0830 hrs and depart towards Nairobi or Diani via Mombasa Road. Drop off in Diani with check-in for lunch, then continue with personal programmes or an additionally planned itinerary at extra charges.
