The itinerary

Day 01

Airport Pickup and Transfer to Kalpitiya

You will be picked up from the airport and driven to Kalpitiya. Stay the night in Kalpitiya.

Day 02

Whale Watching and Water Sports in Kalpitiya

Kalpitiya is a prime destination for whale and dolphin watching, as well as diving, snorkelling, and kite surfing. You can also explore mangrove forests and seagrasses on a boating excursion before staying the night in Kalpitiya.

Day 03

Transfer from Kalpitiya to Nilaweli

Drive straight to Nilaweli Beach. Hot water springs and Pigeon Island are among the major tourist attractions here. Sunbathing, snorkelling, and windsurfing are very popular in the Trincomalee district. Stay the night in Nilaweli.

Day 04

Hot Water Springs, Trincomalee, and Pigeon Island

Visit Pigeon Island, which is 01 km away from the Nilaweli coast. There are about 100 species of coral reefs, and 300 fish species live in the reef colony. The coral reefs spread over 200 meters in length and 100 meters in width. Stay the night in Nilaweli or at the nearest beach resort.

Day 05

Drive to Arugam Bay

Drive to Arugam Bay, a very popular surfing destination in Sri Lanka. Low-cost tuk-tuk tours can be arranged to visit wild elephants and crocodiles. Stay the night in Arugam Bay.

Day 06

Departure Transfer to the Airport
