The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Negombo and Fish Market Visit

Get picked up from the airport and drive to Negombo.
See the largest fish market and relax on the beach.

Stay overnight in Negombo.

Day 02

Kandy Sightseeing and Cultural Programme

Visit the Royal Botanical Garden, covered with colourful flowering plants, herbal plants, endemic and epidemic plant species, and palm family trees. More than 4,000 varieties can be seen here.
Enjoy a Kandyan dancing event in the evening from 5.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic. The most sacred molar tooth of Lord Buddha is placed in seven golden caskets under a golden ceiling.

Spend the night in Kandy.

Day 03

Sigiriya Lion Rock, Village Tour, and Wildlife Safari

Pick up at 6.00 a.m. from your accommodation in Kandy and drive straight to Lion Rock. Visit the eighth wonder of the world, which contains huge walls, water canals, security guard rooms, natural stone arches, mirror stone, and the world-famous Sigiri paintings. It is an isolated rock more than 200 m in height.
The following tourist activities are remarkable in Sigiriya: a village tour to experience ancient village life and day-to-day activities, including ox-cart rides, catamaran rides, a walk towards the paddy fields, and a cookery demonstration of traditional Sri Lankan foods, followed by a traditional meal.
Our final destination will be one of the wildlife reservoir national parks among Minneriya, Kaudulla, or Eco to see the giants of the jungle - wild elephants.
Drive back to Kandy and spend the night.

Day 04

Ambuluwawa Tower and Tea Country Journey

Get picked up at 8.00 a.m. from the hotel in Kandy and drive straight to Ambuluwawa, a green hilly area rich in biodiversity. There is a human-made viewpoint tower at the top of the mountain with a height of approximately 48 meters, providing a 360-degree viewing gallery.
Witness scenic landscapes and waterfalls while travelling to Nuwara Eliya. Upland tea estates are highly remarkable in Nuwara Eliya, and massive land areas are dedicated to high-grown upland tea plantations.
Visit the Macwoods tea factory, where the entire tea process and the tea varieties according to taste and quality are explained. You can purchase fresh tea products from the factory outlet.

Spend the night in Nuwara Eliya.

Departure Transfer

There are no itinerary plans, and you are dropped back at the airport according to your flight departure time.
