Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Negombo
- Pick-up from the airport; transfer to Negombo. Relax on Negombo's beaches and explore the local fish market.
Overnight stay at Goldi Sands or a similar hotel in Negombo.

Day 2: Negombo - Kandy
- Travel to Kandy; stop at the Royal Botanical Garden en-route. See flowering plants, herbs, and various endemic and epidemic plant species; over 4000 species await you!
- Enjoy Kandyan dancing event in the evening between 5.00 PM and 6.00 PM.
- Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic. The most sacred molar tooth of Lord Buddha is placed here, under a golden ceiling.

Day 3: Kandy - Nuwara Eliya - Kandy
- Pick-up at 8:00 AM, travel to Ambuluwawa, a green, hilly area, rich in biodiversity. Visit the viewpoint at the hill's top to have a 360-degree view of the surroundings.
- Explore waterfalls and scenic landscapes along the way to Nuwara Eliya. Take in the breathtaking beauty of the region's upland tea estates.
- Stop at Macwoods tea factory, learn about tea processing and varieties of teas per taste and quality. Purchase fresh tea products from the factory outlet here.

Day 4: Kandy - Polonnaruwa
- Visit Polonnaruwa, which was the capital of Sri Lanka for about 200 years before the kingdom was transferred to Dambadeniya and Polonnaruwa was concored by Indian king Kalinga Magha. You can visit the archaeological museum, royal palace, audience hall, swimming pool, sacred quadrangle, Shiva Devale, Pabalu Vehera, Rankot Vihara, Kiri Vihara, Buddha statue at Lankatilaka. The tour shall last 5-6 hours.

Day 5: Polonnaruwa - Sigiriya
- Visit the eighth wonder of the world on your ride to Sigiriya: see huge walls, water canals, security guard rooms, natural stone arches, mirror stone, and world-famous Sigiri paintings. It is an isolated rock kingdom more than 200 m high. You have to spend more than two and a half hours here, to take in the beauty of the place.
- Proceed to Sigiriya, tour the ancient village life, and observe the community's day to day life through various activities: oxen cart rides, catamaran rides, walks in paddy fields. See a demonstration of traditional Sri Lankan food being prepared, and enjoy the meal with locals.
- Visit one of the three wildlife reservoirs in the area: Minneriya, Kaudulla, or Eco.

Day 6: Departure
- Take an hour-long hot air balloon ride with the expert crew at Dambulla beginning with the sunrise; float over the jungle, lakes, wildlife habitats, and ancient villages.
- Get dropped off at the airport.
