The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Sri Lanka and Transfer to Negombo

Pick-up from the airport and transfer to Negombo. Relax on Negombo's beaches and explore the local fish market.

Overnight stay at Goldi Sands or a similar hotel in Negombo.

Day 02

From Negombo to Kandy via Pinnawala

Travel to Kandy, stopping en route at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. See milk feeding and elephant bathing at the orphanage.
Enjoy a Kandyan dancing event in the evening between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, where the most sacred molar tooth of Lord Buddha is placed under a golden ceiling.

Overnight stay at Queens or a similar hotel in Kandy.

Day 03

Scenic Journey from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

Pick-up at 8:00 AM and travel to Ambuluwawa, a green, hilly area rich in biodiversity. Visit the viewpoint at the top of the hill for a 360-degree view of the surroundings.
Explore waterfalls and scenic landscapes along the way to Nuwara Eliya. Take in the breathtaking beauty of the region's upland tea estates.
Stop at Macwoods Tea Factory to learn about tea processing and the varieties of tea by taste and quality. You can also purchase fresh tea products from the factory outlet here.

Overnight stay at Daffodils Hotel or a similar hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
