Day 01

Guatapé and La Piedra del Peñol Day Tour

In the morning, depart from Medellín for Guatapé. Choose among the guide's car, a bus, or a rented vehicle for transport.
On reaching Guatapé, visit La Piedra del Peñol, also known as the "Rock of Guatapé," a 200-metre-high graphite monolith in the city. You could climb this structure using the several hundred steps that take you to the top, from where splendid views of the region stretch out before your eyes.
Then, proceed with your guide to have a snack or coffee at the town plaza.
Continue for a walk by the piers, a beautiful sight and a relaxing experience at any time of the day.
Take a boat ride on the waters of Pueblo de Zócalos before having lunch.
