Day 01

Pink Lake Jeep Ride and Kayar Fishing Harbour

Meet your tour guide at the agreed-upon location in Dakar and begin the tour.
Discover the Noflaye Tortoise Village in Dakar and learn about the species' endangerment, conservation, and repopulation.
Explore Pink Lake, famous for being a former stage of the Dakar Rally. Ride a jeep around the lake toward the salt harvesters. The salt here is pink in colour due to the climatic conditions of the region. Drive on the dunes and along the beach, take photos by the shore, and enjoy a traditionally prepared dish of Chicken Yassa (marinated chicken with a special onion sauce and white rice).
