2-Day Amazon Jungle Excursion from Iquitos with Monkey Island

We start at 9 am and pick up all passengers from the hotel or airport.

Travel along the Amazon River for about 2 hours to see alligators, turtles, herons, pink river dolphins, snakes, and many other species. Visit Monkey Island, which is 1 hour from our lodge. You will have the unique opportunity to observe a wide variety of monkeys, including sloths, capuchins, masked titis, woolly monkeys, squirrel monkeys, spider monkeys, and many more.

On Monkey Island, we will also see alligators, turtles, toucans, macaws, parrots, and more. We will have the unique opportunity to see the pink freshwater dolphins and will be able to swim with them in the Amazon River.

Observe the nocturnal nature in the afternoon and see different species such as lizards, snakes, spiders, and monkeys. In the evening, go on a jungle excursion to observe, touch, and take a picture of an alligator.

Observe the sunrise over the Amazon, and then leave for a wild animal observation excursion. See aquatic plants such as Victoria Regia, and fish for piranhas and other species, followed by lunch and departure from our hostel.

Transfer to Iquitos at 5 pm, marking the end of our service.
