Meet your local tour guide and start the drive from Maseru towards Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village.
Visit the museum and then head to the cultural village of Thaba Bosiu.
Reach the destination and walk to the top of the mountain, from where King Moshoeshoe I established and ruled the Kingdom of Lesotho in the 19th century.
Find his grave, where other principal chiefs are also buried on this mountain.
Visit Metolong Dam, which is about 15 km from the cultural village. The dam is part of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project, and this place is good for photo shooting.
Take the route to Kome Caves, located in the Berea District. The caves are 35 km from the dam and were founded by the chief of the Bosiu clan. This place has been the living place for the last three generations of Bosiu.
