7-Day Istanbul, Antalya, Konya and Cappadocia Tour with Bosphorus

• Meet your tour guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel. You will receive your room key, and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul at your leisure.

Overnight in Istanbul.

• After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel between 08:00 am and 09:30 am. Your tour consultant will inform you of the confirmed pick-up time. Today, you will depart for the Istanbul City Tour.
• See Topkapı Palace, the grand palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries. The palace houses exquisite collections of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, and the Holy Mantle, which enshrines relics of the Prophet Mohammed.
• Next, visit the Sultanahmet Imperial Mosque. Located across from St. Sophia and built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, it is known as the Blue Mosque because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles.
• We will then see the Hippodrome outside the Blue Mosque. The Ancient Hippodrome was the scene of chariot races and entertainment, and it includes three monuments: the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column, and the Column of Constantine.
• Take a short and enjoyable lunch break, then head to the Grand Spice Bazaar for shopping.
• Return to the hotel after the shopping tour.

• Savour breakfast and enjoy pick-up from the hotel between 08:00 am and 09:30 am. Your tour consultant will give you the final timing one day in advance.
• Enjoy the sights visible from the boat, including the Grand Spice Bazaar.
• Travel on the Bosphorus by boat, the traditional excursion along the waterway that separates Europe and Asia.
• Take a lunch break at a Turkish restaurant.
• Depart after lunch for Istanbul Airport for your domestic flight to Antalya.
• Transfer from the airport and check in to your hotel in Antalya.

Dinner and overnight in Antalya.

• After breakfast, drive to Antalya Old City to visit Kaleiçi Marina, Clock Tower, Hadrian's Gate, Broken Minaret, and Hıdırlık Tower.
• Kaleiçi is the small historic heart of Antalya's modern city and is known as the Old City of Antalya. In the past, it was first a Roman town, then part of the Byzantine Empire, followed by the Seljuks, and finally an Ottoman Turkish town. Hadrian's Gate, also known as Hadrianus Gate or The Three Gates, is a triumphal arch built in the name of the Roman emperor Hadrian. Antalya's Broken Minaret is part of the Korkut Mosque, which was originally built as a Roman temple in the 2nd century AD and therefore did not have a minaret. Hıdırlık Tower is a landmark tower of tawny stone in Antalya, Turkey, where Kaleiçi meets Karaalioglu Park. It is believed to have been built in the Hellenistic era on a square plan and later turned into a circular tower in the 2nd century AD, and it may have been used as a fortification or a lighthouse in the past.
• Have lunch, then depart for Düden Waterfalls. All the streams of the region aim to find their way into the Mediterranean, pouring down the slopes of the Taurus, sometimes overland and sometimes underground, before reaching their destination and creating lovely waterfalls, of which there are more than twenty.
• Return to the hotel after the tour, and the rest of the day is yours.

Overnight in Antalya.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.

• Have breakfast early in the morning, and at 08:00, drive to Konya.
• After about 2.5 hours of travel, stop for a coffee break and some rest.
• Continue to Konya for lunch at 13:00, and after lunch, visit the imposing green-tiled Mausoleum of Mevlâna, the mystic founder of the Sufi sect known as the Whirling Dervishes.
• After the Konya Mevlâna tour, drive on to Cappadocia.
• Arrive in Cappadocia at around 18:30 and check in to your hotel. If you wish to join the optional ballooning activity tomorrow, please contact your guide and register, as it takes place early the next morning.

• Have breakfast and enjoy pick-up from the hotel between 08:00 am and 09:30 am. Your tour consultant will give you the final time one day in advance.
• Drive to Özkonak Underground City, one of the best-preserved underground cities in Cappadocia.
• Visit Uçhisar Castle, the highest point of Cappadocia.
• Continue to the Göreme Open-Air Museum, the heart of Cappadocia. The museum is famous for its frescoes dating to the 10th century that describe the life of Jesus Christ and the monks.
• The next stop is Cavusin, an abandoned village with old Greek cave houses.
• After Cavusin, go to a restaurant in Avanos for lunch.
• Visit a pottery workshop after lunch to see how pottery is made.
• Continue to Love Valley. Love Valley Cappadocia is a hidden valley with scenic formations, to say the least. Despite their resemblance to manhood, these fantastic rock formations are far from man-made.
• After Love Valley, visit another workshop to see Cappadocian handwoven carpets and kilims.
• The next stop is Devrent Valley, also called Imagination Valley, where you can see natural rock formations that look like animals.
• Head to a wine shop in Urgup for wine tasting.
• Finish at Three Beauties, three beautiful fairy chimneys with their hats, which are the symbol of Cappadocia.
• End the tour at approximately 18:00, and return to your hotel.

• Have breakfast, and enjoy some free time in Cappadocia.
