4-Day Cappadocia Tour with Derinkuyu and Rose Valley

• You will be picked up from Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport, or Göreme bus station, by your tour guide and begin exploring Cappadocia by visiting different valleys.
• Your first stop is Göreme Valley, where you can learn about the process of rock formation in Cappadocia.
• Drive to Uçhisar to visit the cave dwellings surrounded by conical rock formations.
• Enjoy a tea and coffee break before visiting the Göreme Open-Air Museum, where you can see some of the best-preserved frescoed rock-cut churches and monasteries. After the museum visit, enjoy a lunch buffet.
• Continue to the fairy chimneys of Ürgüp. You will also visit Wishing Hill, which is riddled with caves and is a sightseeing spot worth visiting.
• Take a short walk in Devrent Valley, where you can see many different figures formed by the rocks.
• Drive to Monks Valley (Rahipler Vadisi), where you can find special housing and living areas unique to this region. You will also visit Avanos, the pottery town of Cappadocia.
• Go for a short walk in Rose Valley Cavetown and enjoy sunset views at the end of the day.

• You will be picked up from your hotel at 09:00 am and travel to Ihlara Valley for a hike.
• Visit the churches covered with frescoes; the walking distance is around 4 km.
• Have lunch next to the riverbank of the Melendiz River in Ihlara Valley. Then visit Selime Cathedral and, in the afternoon, explore Derinkuyu, the world's largest underground city.
• Pass by Nar Crater Lake during your journey and continue to Pigeon Valley to see the pigeon houses built to collect guano.

Overnight in Cappadocia.

• Go for a walk in the beautiful Rose Valley, named for its rose-coloured rock, which varies in hue and intensity over the years through changing seasons and weather conditions.
