Floreana Island Wildlife, Snorkelling, and Highlands Tour
Floreana Island Tour is a great choice for observing pink marine iguanas, pelicans, and the Post Office Mail replica, a wooden barrel that still receives postcards from all over the world. On this tour, you will visit Black Beach for an explanation of its geology, origin, and comparison with organic beaches. La Lobería is a beautiful place to walk and snorkel with sea lions. Along the way, your guide will show you the plants of the island. You will have lunch in the town with the rest of the group.
In the highlands, there is a place known as Asilo de la Paz, a perfect spot to appreciate the pirate caves, labyrinths, a face carved in stone, and one of the few freshwater places in the entire Galapagos. In addition, you will see giant tortoises in a semi-natural environment. Floreana also hides human history linked to pirates, the Wittmer family, and the Baroness and her lovers. You will surely enjoy this magical tour.
Finally, navigate back to Santa Cruz.
