Itinerary

Day 1: Kampala to Fort Portal
- Start at 8:00 AM from Kampala and set off for Fort Portal with a coffee and picture break in Mubende.
- Proceed after breakfast to Fort Portal to check in at either Ataco Country Resort, Chimpanzee Forest Guest House or Mountains of the Moons Hotel, where we shall have our lunch.
- Drive to Semuliki National Park and explore its hot springs for a nature walk. You can spot African buffalo, leopard, hippopotamus, mona monkey, water chevrotain, bush babies, African civet, African elephant, and the Pygmy scaly-tailed flying squirrel if luck favours.
- Come back to Fort Portal, the tourism city, for dinner and a nightlife experience.

Day 2: Fort Portal to Kampala
- Proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Upon arrival, go for a boat cruise in Kazinga Channel and spot the hippos and other water birds.
- Drive to Katwe town to visit the Katwe Salt Lake.
- Proceed to Kampala through Bushenyi, Mbarara and Masaka cities, dropping everyone off to their desired drop-off points or hotels.
