Day 01

Dodowa Hike, Waterfalls and Volta River Boat Ride

• Meet your Ghana guide and depart from Accra to Dodowa, an ancient town.

• Warm up and start your group hike while listening to stories of the Dodowa Forest en route from your local guide.

• Stop at Tsenku Falls and refresh yourself before continuing your walk to the top of the Akwapim Togo Range.

• Head on to Obosomase and visit Adom Water Falls in the Eastern Region of Ghana. Learn the history of the place and the waterfalls.

• Hike back to Dodowa Village through the same route.

• Continue to Akosombo to enjoy a motorboat ride on the Volta River.

• Stop at Cedi Beads in Odumasi Krobo to learn Ghana's traditional bead craft skills.

• Return to Accra.
