Day 01

Caminito del Rey private walking tour - Itinerary

You will start hiking by “Mirador” restaurant located near the entrance of the Caminito del Rey. After a while the gate of Caminito del Rey will be reached. The guide will explain you the relevance of this area in the Spanish contemporary history due tu different components: the electric power house, the railway, the recevoir, etc.

Later continue the walkway passing by “Gaitanejos” cliffs, the “Hoyo” valley, “Gaitanes” cliffs , Ribera bridge & finally by the hanging bridge.

At the end of the visit, if you wish, you will go back to the starting point.

  • Please keep in mind that it's a linear route. A shuttle bus is needed to go back to the starting point. The cost is 2,50€ per person. It's possible to add the shuttle bus ticket as an extra if you want to forget to make payments on the spot.
  • Whispers for groups over 15 people: 4€ each
  • Extra hour with the hiking guide: 90€

  • This activity is not wheelchair accesible and neither sticks are allowed.
  • Children & younger less than 8 years old can not go.
  • Caminito del Rey closes on Mondays
