Mount Nemrut and Commagene Kingdom Heritage Tour

• Meet your tour guide at the agreed-upon location in Adıyaman and begin the tour.

• Visit the Karakuş Tumulus Eagle-topped column at the royal burial mound of Karakuş.

• Proceed to the Cendere Bridge with its Roman emperor columns.

• Explore the Arsemia Ruins, which were the summer residence of the Commagene Kingdom.

• Continue to Mount Nemrut. Most of the surviving archaeological remains, including the tumulus at the peak of Nemrut Dağ, date back to the time of Antiochus I. At the cone-shaped summit of this 2,200 m mountain, you can find statues of mythical figures such as Apollon, Zeus, Hercules, and others.
