Li River Cruise and Free Time in Yangshuo

  • Meet your guide in Guilin and begin your river cruise.
  • Take in the scenic surroundings reminiscent of a classic Chinese painting, and admire the lush bamboo groves, rolling karst hills, and cliffs lining the river banks.
  • Sail past the countryside, where you may see farmers tending their fields and buffalo cooling off in the river. A buffet lunch is provided on board.
  • Arrive at Mopanshan Pier in Yangshuo in the afternoon and enjoy roughly 3 hours of free time to stroll around the local market and the bustling West Street, commonly referred to as a "Global Village."

Know before you go

  • The cruise usually departs at 9:00 am, and you will be picked up from your hotel at around 7:30 am-8:00 am. You will be informed of the exact pickup time via hotel message or TourHQ message the night before the tour.

  • The driver will help you get the cruise tickets and lead you to the foreigner access at Mopanshan Pier for boarding.

  • Each adult can bring one child aged 6 or under 1.2 m free of charge, but no seat or buffet lunch is provided.

  • More than one child will be charged as a child ticket.

  • For children from 1.2 m to 1.5 m in height, please buy children's tickets, and for children over 1.5 m, please buy adult tickets.
