The journey
Explore Andalusia through its natural parks, distinctive landscapes, and the culture of the towns that surround them. This 7-day journey includes the Sierra de Aracena, the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, Doñana National Park, the White Villages of Cádiz, Ronda, Jerez de la Frontera, and Málaga, with experiences ranging from cave visits and short hikes to winery and distillery tours. Taste local specialities such as Iberian pork in Aracena, seafood in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Manzanilla wines, and Luis Felipe brandy. It is an ideal experience for lovers of nature, local culture, and Andalusia's food and drink traditions.
Arrive in the town of Aracena, where you will make a brief visit to the town and explore the famous Grotto of Wonders, made up of 1,200 metres of underground galleries divided into three superimposed levels of paths, all wrapped in impressive limestone formations that leave visitors open-mouthed.

Have breakfast and depart for a full-day excursion to the Sierra de Aracena.
Arrive in the town of Aracena, where you will make a brief visit to the town and explore the famous Grotto of Wonders, made up of 1,200 metres of underground galleries divided into three superimposed levels of paths, all wrapped in impressive limestone formations that leave visitors open-mouthed.
After visiting the cave, enjoy free time for lunch. You may wish to try dishes made with Iberian pork from the area, as well as local game meats.
Continue the tour in the afternoon to the banks of the Río Tinto, where your guide will explain the biochemical and landscape peculiarities of the area and help you understand why NASA carried out studies here because of its similarity to Mars.
Finish your journey through the Huelva County region with a visit to the Luis Felipe brandy winery, one of the most nationally recognized, and the official supplier of brandy to the Spanish Royal Household.
Return to the hotel for free time for dinner and your overnight stay.
Have breakfast and depart for a full-day excursion to the Sierra Norte de Sevilla.
Arrive at the Cerro del Hierro Natural Monument, where you will take a guided tour of about 2.5 hours inside this natural monument, an old iron mine dating back to Roman times.
Enjoy a short hiking route along the old railway line that once linked the mine to the town of Cazalla de la Sierra.
Get to know this town and visit one of its anise distilleries, where, in addition to learning about its preparation and uses, you can taste this digestive liquor.
You will then have free time for lunch. As expected in the mountains, this is a good opportunity to try game meat and Iberian pork and, if it is in season, mushrooms as well as the area's many sweets.
Return to the hotel in the afternoon to rest.

Check out and depart for Jerez de la Frontera.
On the way, visit a cattle ranch in the Medina Sidonia municipal district, where you will discover how livestock are raised and cared for.
After the visit, continue to Jerez for lunch in a private winery. In addition to learning about winemaking, you can enjoy a walk through the vineyard, where you will be shown the care required for the vines.
Head towards the centre of Jerez for a guided tour of the city, where you will get to know one of the noblest towns in the province of Cádiz once you have recharged in the freshness of the winery.
After the visit, check in and enjoy free time for dinner and your overnight stay.
Savour breakfast and depart for Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where you will take a barge across the Guadalquivir River and enter Doñana National Park.
Visit the park for about 3 hours.
Then head to the town centre for a guided visit to the Manzanilla winery 'La Gitana', where you will learn about the ageing process of the wines of the Jerez region and the particular character of Manzanilla wines, which occurs only in this town.
At the end of the visit, enjoy a tasting of these wines and free time for lunch in one of the many restaurants or wineries in the city. You may wish to try the typical shrimp omelettes and the wide range of seafood products.
Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure in Sanlúcar.
Return to Jerez for free time for dinner and your overnight stay.
Have breakfast, check out, and depart for Málaga. Along the way, you will tour the White Villages.
Visit the towns of Arcos de la Frontera and Setenil de las Bodegas, both in the province of Cádiz, as well as the city of Ronda in the province of Málaga. There, you will enjoy a guided tour of the city and explore the interior of its bullring, famous for the celebration of the Goyescas bullfights.
Enjoy free time in Ronda for lunch.
Continue the journey to Málaga in the middle of the afternoon.
