Day 01

Kathmandu and Patan UNESCO Heritage Tour

9:00 am: Meet your tour guide at your hotel and begin the tour.
Drive to Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, which is situated on top of a hill.
Enjoy a beautiful view of the valley from Swayambhunath.
Proceed to Kathmandu Durbar Square, which is the centre of the city. Many temples collapsed during the 2015 earthquake. However, reconstruction work is now underway, and many of them have been refurbished.
Visit Patan city, the most ancient among the three cities of the Kathmandu Valley. See the courtyards of the old palace in Patan.
