Platije Canyon, Kolašin, Biogradska Gora and Morača Monastery
- Depart at the agreed time and drive by car, minivan, van, or bus to the train station in Podgorica. The drive takes 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on the location of your accommodation.
- Travel by train from Podgorica to Kolašin, which takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Sit back on the train and travel high above the north. You will pass along canyon cliffs, where you can enjoy views of the Morača River and the Platije Canyon. You will also see the peaks of Maganik, Žurim, and Stožac. Next, you will cross the Mala Rijeka bridge, one of the highest in Europe, measuring 498 m long and 200 m high.
- Arrive in Kolašin. Kolašin lies 954 m above sea level and offers excellent holidays in both winter and summer.
- Learn about Bjelasica, which has a well-known ski resort just a few kilometres from the city. Many call Kolašin an aerial spa because of its altitude and extraordinary climatic conditions.
- Check out the unique botanical garden in Kolašin, a true treasure of flora from the continental part of Montenegro.
- Drive to Biogradska Gora National Park - 15 minutes.
- Enjoy sightseeing in the national park and a tour around Biogradsko Lake - 1 hour.
- Return to the city centre.
- Embark on a city tour and enjoy free time for a walk or lunch, with the opportunity to taste traditionally prepared Montenegrin specialities - 1 hour, 1 hour, 30 minutes.
- Return and drive by car, minivan, van, minibus, or bus to Morača Monastery - 40 minutes.
- Visit Morača Monastery - 30 minutes.
- Continue driving towards the town of your accommodation.
- Arrive at your place of accommodation at the end of the tour.
