Bike from Cetinje to Lake Peak, Njeguši, and Bukovica
Transfer from your pick-up point to Cetinje. On arrival, meet your local tour guide.
Set off from the starting point in Cetinje - the old Royal Capital of Montenegro.
Follow the track and ascend to Lake Peak (1675 m).
Take a short break and continue the ascent to Cermak and Štirovnik.
Begin the 35 km descent towards Njeguši village (900 m above sea level).
Stop at a viewpoint offering a fascinating view of the coast, with time for a photo break.
Reach Njeguši, the most famous Montenegrin village and the place from which the Petrović Dynasty originated. This dynasty ruled Montenegro for more than 300 years.
While biking through the village, pass by the house where Peter II Petrović Njegoš was born.
Continue to a traditional restaurant in Bukovica village, where you will have the opportunity to taste conventional Montenegrin specialities, including prosciutto and cheese, and learn how these delicacies are made. The estimated break is 30 minutes.
After the break, cycle 24 km back to the starting point in Cetinje.
