Morača Monastery, Biogradska Gora and Kolašin
Depart at the agreed time and drive towards Morača Monastery along the Morača River Canyon, known as Platije, one of the most attractive canyons in the region. The mountains rising steeply above the river create one of the most interesting landscapes in Montenegro. Enjoy the view and take a photo stop to capture the beauty of nature. The journey lasts from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your city of departure or stay.
Arrive at Morača Monastery for a 30-minute tour. Many visitors describe the atmosphere in the monastery as something special. According to local tradition, the yellow stone used to build the monastery was brought from the village of Tušina by a column of people, passing the stone from hand to hand.
Continue your journey towards Biogradska Gora National Park, the "realm of untouched nature" - approximately 1 hour.
Embark on a tour of the park, whose heart is Biogradsko Lake, a special tourist attraction - 1 hour and 30 minutes.
