3-Day Samburu Safari from Nairobi with Unique Northern Kenya Wildlife

• Have breakfast at your Nairobi hotel, then meet your driver-guide for a briefing and introduction.

• Depart Nairobi for Samburu, located in northern Kenya.

• Drive via the Equator line and reach the Kikuyu farms.

• Arrive at Samburu National Reserve and check in at your lodge. After a short siesta, head out for an evening game drive. The reserve is well supplied with water by the Ewaso Nyiro River, and you may be lucky enough to spot large numbers of wildlife coming to drink from the river.

• Return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

• Savour breakfast at the lodge.

• Let your guide arrange the picnic lunches, and by 0800am, leave for a full-day game-viewing drive.

• Search for the unique animal species that inhabit this reserve, such as Gravy's Zebra, Reticulated Giraffe, Necked Generuk, and Beisa oryx. There are also other popular animal species found in Kenya's parks and reserves, including lions, lionesses, buffalos, cheetahs, and zebras, among others.

• Break for a picnic lunch in the reserve and continue the drive up to 1700hrs.

• Leave the park for an optional activity with the local community, such as a village visit or a camel ride.

• Wake up early in the morning for a final game drive within Samburu National Reserve.

• Return to the lodge for a full breakfast by 0900am.

• Check out and drive back to Nairobi, where you will be dropped off at your Nairobi hotel or transferred to the airport to catch your flight back home or to another destination.
