Description
Enjoy the Himalayan flight with a spectacular and stunning view over the Himalayas to Paro Airport. Visit the Taktsang Monastery, known as Tiger’s Nest, Textile Museum, Kyichu Lhakhang Temple, Satyam Chorten, Post Office, and much more.
Itinerary

PARO (1 hour flight by Druk Air), drive 54 km (2 hours) to Thimphu
Transfer to airport and fly to Paro. A spectacular descent through mountainous valleys brings you into the Kingdom of Bhutan.
Be received by your Bhutanese guide and after clearing customs and visa control, you are transferred to your hotel. A short picturesque drive of about 2 hours along the valley brings you to the capital of Bhutan, Thimpu.
Stop for lunch at a local restaurant.
Start your sightseeing by visiting the Textile Museum, a traditional paper making factory and the Post Office to see Bhutan’s beautiful stamps which also depicts the country’s myths, traditions, etc. Alternatively, you can do less formal sightseeing and walk around the town with your guide.
Stay overnight at the hotel.

THIMPU – TAKTSANG – PARO
Drive to Satyam Chorten in the morning.
Hike to Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest) Monastery.
Unwind with lunch.
Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest temple in Bhutan.
Overnight at the hotel.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Farewell Dinner

PARO – Departure (by Druk Air)
Be escorted by the Bhutanese agent after breakfast who will bid you farewell at Paro Airport.
