Return to the camp or lodge for breakfast. Safaris are optional, including walking safaris, game drives, and boat safaris. These activities take you through the beautiful park along the coast of the Indian Ocean, where you will enjoy a wide variety of experiences, including game drives and boat safaris, with short breaks for meals.
Stay overnight at the Saadani National Park camping site located along the beach.

Animals commonly found include lion, eland, hartebeest, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra, and elephants. Wild dogs can be seen in packs here.
Most visitors come to Mikumi National Park aiming to spot the 'Big Five' (cheetah, lion, elephant, buffalo, and rhino), and they are not disappointed. Hippo pools provide close access to the mud-loving beasts, and birdwatching along the waterways is particularly rewarding. The Mikumi floodplain is the park's main feature, along with the bordering mountain ranges. Animals commonly found here include lion, eland, hartebeest, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra, hippo, and elephant. The Mikumi elephants are mainly grazers and do not cause damage.
