Day 01
Full-Day Mount Merapi Jeep Safari
Start from Kaliurang Park Center and pass through the villages surrounding the Kaliurang area to Kalikuning.
Pass the big river in Kalikuning.
After that, visit the rice fields and other villages, as well as the Public Cemetery Ex-Merapi, where the victims of the volcanic eruption are buried.
Ride through Opak River and visit the Sisa Harta-Ku Museum.
Proceed to Petung Hill and Soga Forest.
Visit Bunker Kaliadem to see the former bunker where two victims of the 2006 Merapi eruption were found.
Then go to the Alien Stone in Jambu Village, a big rock with a face like an alien.
Explore Bendo Valley and Tempuran River, where the jeep will pass through the river water.
After that, head back to the starting point in Kaliurang.
