The itinerary

Day 01

Drive to Mikumi and Visit a Maasai Village

Meet your guide/driver at your accommodation in Dar es Salaam city at 6:00 AM.
Start the drive to Mikumi. Stop at around 10:00 AM for a coffee break.
Reach Mikumi town and spend some time at leisure. Have lunch and prepare for the Maasai village tour.
Visit the Maasai village at 3:00 PM and experience their lifestyle. Mingle with the locals and learn about their traditions, legends, and practices.
Leave for Mikumi National Park for an evening game drive until sunset.

Dinner and overnight stay inside the park at Mikumi Tourists Cottages.

Day 02

Sunrise Game Drive in Mikumi and Return to Dar es Salaam

Get picked up from your hotel at 6:00 AM.
Go for a game drive with your breakfast packed and expect to spot some of the wilderness at sunrise.
Watch the sunrise on the horizon and then have your breakfast picnic-style at 8:00 AM.
Continue with the game drive until lunchtime at 11:00 AM.
Return to Mikumi town for lunch and then drive back to Dar es Salaam.
