The itinerary

Day 01

Delhi Sightseeing and Drive to Agra

  • Connect with your tour driver, who will pick you up from the airport and begin your tour of Delhi with a visit to India's biggest mosque, Jama Masjid. Your expert tour guide will accompany you for the full-day tour.

  • After visiting Jama Masjid, head to the historic Red Fort, built by Emperor Shahjahan. Red Fort is a UNESCO-protected monument.

  • Drive towards Raj Ghat, a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation.

  • Now move towards India Gate. This beautiful gate was built during the British era and was erected in memory of those brave soldiers who showed extreme valour and sacrificed their lives in the World War.

  • Stop for lunch, then proceed to Humayun's Tomb, which inspired the world-famous Taj Mahal.

  • Afterwards, go to Qutub Minar, the world's tallest tower, constructed by the Slave Dynasty rulers Qutubuddin Aibak and Iltatmish.

  • Afterwards, drive to Agra.

Day 02

Sunrise at the Taj Mahal and Journey to Jaipur

  • Go for an early visit to the Taj Mahal to see the rising sun present before you a unique paradigm.

  • Return to the hotel for a healthy breakfast.

  • After lunch, proceed to Agra Fort. This fort was built by Emperor Akbar, and subsequent generations of Mughals also contributed to it. It houses palaces such as Akbari Mahal, Khas Mahal, Jahangiri Mahal, Deewan-e-Aam, and Deewan-e-Khas. Your private tour guide will narrate the life of the Mughal rulers.

  • Set off for Jaipur.

  • En route, stop to explore the fabled "city of ghost" - Fatehpur Sikri.

  • On arrival in Jaipur, you will be received and assisted by your tour representative for a smooth check-in at the hotel.

Day 03

Jaipur City Tour and Return to Delhi

  • Have a healthy breakfast and set off to visit Amber Fort, nestled amidst the Aravali Hills. Ride an elephant to see the fort, which displays a fusion of Hindu and Islamic styles of architecture.

  • Now go to a local multi-cuisine restaurant for lunch.

  • After lunch, continue your Jaipur city tour with City Palace, where the royalty of Jaipur still resides today. Here, you will come closer to the royal lifestyle. See the Hall of Public Audience (Deewan-e-Khaas) and Biaggi Khana, a museum in the palace music complex with an amazing collection of palanquins, buggies, and more.

  • Later, head to an observatory built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh in the 18th century and be amazed to see the old gadgets devised to determine various planetary positions.

  • Afterwards, proceed to Hawa Mahal, or the Palace of the Wind. This structure will surely entice you with its unique beehive design. It was built with the intention of allowing royal ladies to observe daily life in the street below without being seen.

  • Lastly, drive to Delhi. The driver will drop you at the hotel or airport in Delhi.
