The itinerary

Day 01

Zip Lining Adventure in the Majolomba River Gorge

Meet your tour guide at your accommodation in Mbabane.
Depart for the Malolotja Nature Reserve and arrive at around 8:30 AM. Head to the Malolotja Gate for check-in and registration.
Receive a briefing on the dos and don'ts of the tour, and then get fitted with your zip lining equipment.
Drive to the Majolomba Gorge by private car.
Arrive at Ziplining Platform #1 at around 9:30 AM, where the zip lining adventure begins.
Enjoy gliding through the trees and wilderness for two and a half hours, and marvel at the various birds and animals you may spot.
Exit the platform and walk up to the pick-up point, where your guide will be waiting for you.

Make your way to the Malolotja restaurant and savour a delicious lunch.

What to bring

What to wear on the canopy tour:

Shorts and T-shirts are best, with a windbreaker on standby for changes in weather.
Avoid loose clothing with tassels and other parts that might get tangled in the equipment.
Closed walking shoes work, but sports shoes or hiking shoes are ideal; avoid open-toe shoes.
Dresses or skirts are not ideal due to the harnesses that need to be worn.
A strap for glasses is advised to ensure you do not lose them.
Sun cream is recommended, as hats cannot be worn with the zip lining helmets.

Know before you go

Cameras need to be secured close to the body and not left dangling on a loose strap.
Day packs are best left behind, as they can interfere with the equipment used.
