Cairo Sightseeing Tour
Meet your tour guide at your hotel in Cairo and begin the tour. You will be transported in an air-conditioned vehicle.
Visit the Egyptian Museum, situated in Tahrir Square in Cairo. The museum was first built in Boulak, but in 1891, it was moved to Giza Palace of ‘Ismail Pasha’ which housed the antiques that were later moved to the present building.
Proceed to the Citadel of Salah El-Din. It was built by Salah El Din El Ayoubi in 1183 AD in the medieval castle style. The citadel comprises a number of important monuments including the Mosque of Soliman Pasha, the 90 metres deep Joseph’s well, the Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali.
Continue to the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar and El Sagha (jewellery shops). It is one of the earliest and greatest markets in the Middle East.
Stop for lunch at a local restaurant.
Head back to your hotel in Cairo.
