Day 01

Egyptian Museum, Salah El-Din Citadel and Khan el-Khalili

Meet your tour guide at your hotel in Cairo and begin the tour. You will travel in an air-conditioned vehicle.
Visit the Egyptian Museum, situated in Tahrir Square in Cairo. The museum was first built in Boulak, but in 1891 it was moved to Giza Palace of 'Ismail Pasha', which housed the antiques that were later transferred to the present building.
Proceed to the Citadel of Salah El-Din. It was built by Salah El Din El Ayoubi in 1183 AD in the medieval castle style. The citadel comprises a number of important monuments, including the Mosque of Soliman Pasha, the 90-metre-deep Joseph's Well, and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali.
Continue to Khan el-Khalili Bazaar and El Sagha (jewellery shops). It is one of the earliest and greatest markets in the Middle East.
Stop for lunch at a local restaurant.
Head back to your hotel in Cairo.
