The journey
Embark on an exciting 5-day adventure to Mount Kerinci, located on the Pacific Ring of Fire, and spend a night under the stars on the mountain summit. Along the way, visit the beautiful twin lakes of Danau Atas and Danau Bawah, then head to Swamp River for a canoe ride while soaking in the surrounding landscape. This tour combines a challenging climb with scenic natural attractions in and around Kerinci.
After reaching the top of Mount Kerinci, you will spend the night on the mountain summit.

Day by day
Upon arrival at Bali Airport, your tour guide will welcome you and escort you to your chartered transport for the 8-hour overland journey.
During the trip, you will visit the twin lakes known as Danau Atas and Danau Bawah before reaching your homestay accommodation.
Lunch and dinner will be provided during the journey, followed by rest at the homestay.
Enjoy breakfast at the homestay.
After breakfast, begin your challenging climb.
Once all equipment has been checked, you will start climbing Mount Kerinci. The ascent is done in two stages, and the total time to reach the summit is approximately 9 hours. The crew will prepare lunch and dinner.
After reaching the top of Mount Kerinci, you will spend the night on the mountain summit.
After breakfast, you will begin your descent from Mount Kerinci.
You will trek down to the base camp for about 8 hours. The crew will prepare lunch and dinner.
Once the descent is completed, you will return to the homestay to rest.
Enjoy breakfast at the homestay.
Then head to Swamp River (Rawa Bento) and explore the river by canoe while taking in the landscape.
Afterward, your driver will take you to Padang for hotel check-in.
The rest of the day is free for your own programme.
Lunch and dinner are provided at a local restaurant.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Spend some free time at leisure before your chartered transfer to the airport.
Note: From the homestay, you will be driven to Padang. The journey takes about 8 hours along the same route used when you first travelled from Padang to Kersik Tuo.
