Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arusha- Lake Manyara National Park

   • Early in the morning after breakfast, drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park. 

   • Enjoy your fully game drive on a Lake Manyara National Park safari; experience tropical and forest climate and home of pink flamingo around Lake Manyara and Majimoto. You may also be lucky to see a lion climbing the tree.

   • Late afternoon, you can walk around Mbu (Mosquito River) town along with banana plantation to experience the community way of living. 

2. Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park- Ngorongoro Crater

   • After breakfast, collect your lunch boxes start descending. 

   • Set out on a full-day game drive on Ngorongoro Crater safari to explore the panoramic, short-grass prairies along the crater floor, home to rare black rhinos as well as lions, hyenas, and gazelles. See colourfully garbed Maasai herdsmen, who call the stunning landscape home. Nearly eight miles across, this was once an active volcano that sunk itself and is now a rich ecosystem with immense biodiversity and wildlife. 

   • Midafternoon, enjoy your picnic lunch box along with the hippo pool.

   • Late afternoon, drive back to Kizomba Public Campsite for shower dinner and overnight.

3. Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater- Tarangire National Park- Arusha

   • After breakfast, you will be picked from your camp and drive to Tarangire National Park.

   • Spend a full day exploring Tarangire National Park, backdropped by the spectacular, rust-hued Great Rift Valley. On the Tarangire safari, find a stunning concentration of animals — herds of elephants, impalas, and zebras — all of which traverse the sprawling plains.

   • Late afternoon, drive back to Arusha.
