Day 01

Sunrise Visit to Abu Simbel from Aswan

• Meet your tour guide at your hotel in Aswan around 5 am and head towards Abu Simbel. Marvel at the sunrise from this historic site.
• Visit one of Egypt's most famous temple locations: the Great and Small Temples of King Ramses II and his wife, Queen Nefertari, with your Egyptologist guide. The most spectacular aspect of this temple is its setting in the solid rock above the banks of the Nile River. The complex is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the "Nubian Monuments," which run from Abu Simbel downriver to Philae near Aswan.
