Tour fare is non-refundable and cannot be amended or cancelled once it is paid.
The tour will be operated on a seat-in-coach basis, and a minimum number of guests is required.
Waiting time of over 15 minutes after the actual departure time will count as a "No show", and the tour fare will not be refunded.
The tour operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to weather and other unforeseeable conditions.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
If unforeseeable circumstances force the cancellation of a specific performance or activity, the tour will continue to visit similar hotels or sightseeing points, and the tour fare will not be refunded.
If the typhoon signal has reached Level 8 at 22:00 the night before the tour, or before the start of the tour (for example, an announcement at 7:00 am), the full tour fare will be refunded. Credit card transaction surcharges may apply.
The tour will continue to proceed under typhoon signal Level 1 or 3.
