Day 01

Jomblang Cave Rappelling Adventure

• Meet your Yogyakarta tour guide at the agreed-upon location at 6 am.

• Transfer to Jomblang Cave. The travel time from Yogyakarta to Jomblang Cave is about 2 hours. Even though you will start this excursion around 10 am, the queue is usually already full by 9 am.

• Rappel down about 60 m to enter the cave. All the equipment is safe and checked by the government.

• Walk through the old river inside the cave. At around 12 pm, you will see sunlight coming through the hole in the cave and creating the "heavenly light."

• Start getting pulled back up around 1 pm.

• Have a relishing lunch and drive back.

• Since this cave is only open to 80 people per day, you need to get there early in the morning to save your spot.

• Please wear slippers so it is easy to change. Boots can be provided, with the smallest size being 25.
