Day 01

Borobudur Sunrise, Merapi Jeep Lava Tour and Prambanan

Meet your Indonesian driver and guide at 3:30 am at your hotel and begin the tour. The journey from Yogyakarta to Borobudur Temple takes about 1 hour in the morning, and you will travel in an air-conditioned vehicle.
Witness the sunrise from the biggest Buddhist temple in the world, where the rising sun creates an otherworldly sensation. Enjoy the soothing breeze and peaceful atmosphere inside the temple.
Proceed to your next adventure, the Merapi Jeep Lava Tour. This excursion was established around 8 years ago after the massive eruption of Mount Merapi in 2010.
See the mini-museum, which used to be an ordinary house in Merapi. Get a close view of Merapi from about 5 km below the summit of the volcano. This will be another excellent experience.
