The itinerary

Day 01

Hatun Machay Rock Climbing Excursion from Huaraz

Meet your guide at the agreed-upon location and depart from Huaraz around 8 a.m. after breakfast. You will travel by taxi or 4WD.
Drive south of Huaraz for about 8 km on a paved road.
Continue along an unpaved trail for about 15 km to reach Hatun Machay.
Arrive at approximately 10 a.m. and begin preparing the climbing equipment before visiting the rocks with your Hatun Machay climbing guide.
Have lunch at the appropriate time. You should bring it from Huaraz, such as snacks, sandwiches, or a lunch box.
Return to Huaraz, where the car will be waiting for you. Arrive back in Huaraz at around 6 p.m.
