The itinerary

Day 01

Huaraz to Lake 69 Trek and Campsite

Fuel up with an early morning breakfast at your hotel in Huaraz.
Board the bus at around 5 am.
Prepare for your hike at Cebollapampa (3 hours).
Begin on a moderate slope for about 4 hours before reaching Lake 69 in Huascarán National Park.
Discover its beauty and capture many unforgettable pictures.
Walk around the lake and immerse yourself in the natural beauty with your Peruvian tour guide.
Return via the same trail to Cebollapampa and head to your campsite, where you can replenish your energy with hot drinks and a delicious dinner.

Overnight at 4200 masl.

Day 02

Llanganuco Lakes Walk and Return to Huaraz

After breakfast at the campsite, proceed to visit Orconcocha Lake and stay alert for birdwatching at Chinacocha Lake. You can also participate in alternative activities such as sailing in small boats.
Continue walking along the beautiful Maria Josefa trail, full of vegetation, where the bus will be waiting at the end to take you to a typical countryside restaurant for lunch.
Return to Yungay and then drive back to Huaraz, arriving at the bus station around 6 pm.
