Know before you go

The opening hours of the reservation area are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
All applications must include the date, time, and ticket, as well as the visitor's name, surname, age, and nationality. In addition, please indicate any allergies or food restrictions.
All children must always be accompanied by an adult.
The Pisco experience is only for people over 18. Children under 18 can enjoy a "Milk Shake Experience" at the same time as adults in the same group.
All visitors must present their identity document at reception during check-in.
Visitors must arrive 15 minutes before the time of their reservation.
If you do not arrive at the time of your reservation, you will not be able to secure entry to the reserved experience.
