Day 1: Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Meet your tour guide at a pre-decided location at 7:00 AM.
Begin the 5-6 hours’ journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park through the Towns of Masaka, Lyantonde, Mbarara, Bushenyi and Kasese.
Stop en route at several interesting locations, including at the Uganda Equator along Masaka road, where you will be able to stand in both the northern and southern hemispheres, experiment with how water swirls in different directions in both hemispheres and buy some beautiful souvenirs.
Have a delicious Uganda lunch at Igongo Cultural Center and Country Hotel, a few kilometres before Mbarara Town. Continue on your journey.
Reach Queen Elizabeth National Park and check-in at your accommodation where you will be served dinner, and rest for the night.

Day 2: Game Drive Safari & Kazinga Boat Cruise
Start your day with an early breakfast.
Embark on a game drive through the National Park. Spot big cats as they return from their hunt and look out for elephants, buffaloes, Ugandan kobs, waterbucks and warthogs. The drive will also lead you to the southern sector of the Park, where you will spot tree-climbing lions.
Return to the lodge at 11:00 AM to rest and have lunch.
Set out on a 2-hour boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel. Spot Nile crocodiles and large hippos relaxing on the banks of the Channel, as well as Elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes cooling themselves from the scorching sunshine. See aquatic bird species such as the Marabou storks, great-white pelicans, pink-backed pelicans, saddle-billed storks, and white-winged terns among others.
Return to your lodge for dinner and rest for the night.

Day 3: Game Drive, Crater Lakes & Departure
Enjoy a hearty early morning breakfast.
Set out on a game drive to the Crater Lakes, where you may see migratory bird species.
Check out from your lodge and make your way back to Kampala.
Stop at Mbarara en route for lunch.
Visit drum making workshops at Mpambire to see how drums are locally made and perhaps shop for souvenirs.
Arrive at Kampala in the evening.
