The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival and Dambulla Temples in Sigiriya

Meet and greet your Sri Lankan tour driver at 9:30 am at your hotel in Negombo, then proceed to Sigiriya. You will be transported in a safari jeep.
Travel to the Dambulla Golden Temple and head inside the Dambulla Cave Temple.
Climb Pidurangala Rock in the evening at around 4:30 pm.

Overnight stay at Sigiriya.

Day 02

Sigiriya Rock, Nalanda Gedige, and Kandy Heritage

Start climbing Sigiriya Rock, also known as Lion Rock, at 8:00 am.
Reach the ancient stone temple of Nalanda Gedige.
Visit the Matale Hindu Temple.
Explore Kandy city.
Proceed to the Temple of the Tooth Relic, a Buddhist temple.
Enjoy dance performances and experience Kandyan culture in the evening.

Overnight stay at Kandy.

Day 03

Peradeniya Botanical Gardens and Transfer to Nallathanniya

Visit the Botanical Gardens in beautiful Peradeniya, Kandy, renowned for their collection of orchids.
Proceed to Nallathanniya.

Day 04

Adam's Peak Climb, Nuwara Eliya Tour, and Train to Ella

Climb Adam's Peak, also known as Sri Padhaya, at 1:30 am.
Check out from your hotel at 10:30 am and proceed to Nuwara Eliya.
Enjoy a city tour of Nuwara Eliya.
Travel by train from Nuwara Eliya to Ella.

Day 05

Ella Sights and Ravana Falls on the Way to Yala

Witness the Nine Arch Bridge, also known as the Bridge in the Sky.
Set off on an Ella city tour.
Behold the beautiful Ravana waterfall.
Proceed to Yala.

Overnight stay at Tissamaharama.

Day 06

Yala Safari and Beach Leisure in Mirissa

Begin the Yala safari at 5:30 am. Please inform the hotel in advance to prepare your takeaway breakfast.
Check out from your hotel at 11:30 am and proceed to Mirissa.
Enjoy some leisure time on the beach.
