Day 01
Bangkok to Mahasawat Canal and Organic Fruit Farm
- Meet your guide at your hotel in the morning, then take public transport to Hua Lamphong, or Bangkok Railway Station.
- Get off at Wat Suman Station in Nakhon Pathom Province, a neighbour of Bangkok.
- Walk to the Mahasawat Canal pier with your Nakhon Pathom tour guide.
- Begin the canal tour, where you will see a lotus farm and a water lily farm, and where you can pick lotus flowers yourself.
- Learn to paddle the boat and how to cook the best local snack, rice crackers.
- Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then take a local boat to visit an organic fruit farm.
- Embark on a tractor ride through the fruit orchards, where the fruit is organically grown and free from pesticides and other chemicals. Relish tasting the fruit that is in season. Local tractor riding is subject to availability.
Head back to your hotel by private vehicle in the late afternoon.
