Nyaungshwe, Pindaya, and Kalaw Discovery

  • Get picked up by your Burmese tour guide from the hotel lobby at 8:00 am in Nyaungshwe.

  • Drive for 2 hours to Pindaya.

  • Visit the Shwe Umin natural limestone cave pagoda, where 8,000 Buddha images in various shapes and sizes have been installed since the 11th century.

  • Proceed to a paper umbrella workshop, Singaung Monastery, and a local house to taste tea made from fresh tea leaves.

  • Have lunch in a local restaurant and head towards Kalaw.
