Nyaungshwe, Pindaya, and Kalaw Discovery
Get picked up by your Burmese tour guide from the hotel lobby at 8:00 am in Nyaungshwe.
Drive for 2 hours to Pindaya.
Visit the Shwe Umin natural limestone cave pagoda, where 8,000 Buddha images in various shapes and sizes have been installed since the 11th century.
Proceed to a paper umbrella workshop, Singaung Monastery, and a local house to taste tea made from fresh tea leaves.
Have lunch in a local restaurant and head towards Kalaw.
Visit the Kalaw train station, see the Hnee Buddha image, and trek to the Kalaw viewpoint to take some of the best pictures.
In the afternoon, head back to your hotel in Nyaungshwe, stopping at some picturesque locations along the way.
