- Get picked up by your Delhi tour guide from your hotel, the airport, or any meeting point in the city that you prefer.
- Head to Dariba Kalan, the "Street of Incomparable Pearls." This 17th-century historical market is popular for precious stones and gold and silver jewellery.
- Visit Kinari Bazar, a wholesale market.
- Go to Chandni Chowk, a busy shopping area with markets full of spices, dry fruits, silver jewellery, and vivid saris, while the narrow side streets are crowded with tiny shops selling essential oils, stationery, and traditional Indian sweets.
- Swing by Khari Baoli, a street in Delhi known for its wholesale grocery trade and Asia's largest wholesale spice market.
- Make your way to Cottage Industries Exposition Ltd, a company that manufactures and sells carpets, handicrafts, and heritage items from India. Get an opportunity to purchase items such as carpets, Pashmina shawls, silk, gilded artefacts, reproductions of Islamic art, and miniatures.
- Head towards INA Market, a craft bazaar and textile market.
- Walk through Sarojini Nagar Market, known for its cheap prices and an infinite variety of clothes and accessories. Sarojini Nagar Market is one of the best markets for shopping in Delhi.
- Transfer to Dilli Haat, popular for bags, cushion covers, embroidered and woven fabrics, wood carvings, shoes, carpets and rugs, saris and other ethnic wear, jewellery, and paintings.
- Make sure you haggle to get a good price.
