The itinerary

Day 01

Chirokitia, Lefkara, Larnaca and Kiti Discovery

Discover the town of Larnaca and its surroundings with me. As Cyprus's earliest human settlement dates back more than 10,000 years to the New Stone Age, we will start our day with a visit to Chirokitia, the island's most significant and oldest Neolithic village.
Next, we will continue northeast to the charming protected village of Lefkara.
Then, we will return to the motorway and drive to Larnaca. There, we shall enjoy a walk and a snack, visit the imposing Byzantine Cathedral of Saint Lazarus, and stroll along the idyllic palm tree-lined boulevard and beach.
On the way back, in the village of Kiti, we will stop at the Church of Panagia Angeloktisti (Angel-built), which contains some of the oldest and finest religious wall mosaics.
