Day 01

Bogor to Mount Halimun Salak National Park Adventure

• Meet your tour guide at about 7:00 am at your hotel in Bogor city or Bogor train station, then drive to Halimun Salak National Park for about 2 hours.
• On the way, enjoy wonderful views and landscapes of rice plantations, rice terraces, and local people at work, such as farmers and students.
• Go hiking through the jungle forest for about 2 hours and arrive at the crater located in the middle of the jungle.
• Head down into the crater for a closer look at its amazing landscape. Experience the thrill of walking on the lava floor and watch the bubbling lava, sulphur smoke, other hissing gases, and the white river.
• Continue to a natural pool created by waterfalls in the middle of the jungle and go for a swim.
• Leave Halimun Salak National Park and drive back to Bogor city, with a transfer to your hotel in Bogor city or Bogor train station.
