Day 01

Cape Peninsula Highlights and Cape Point Discovery

• Meet your tour guide and begin the tour with a visit to Clifton and Camps Bay, including the largest of the Clifton beaches.
• Hike up the Twelve Apostles mountain, part of the Table Mountain complex overlooking Camps Bay.
• Explore Hout Bay, situated in a valley on the Atlantic seaboard of the Cape Peninsula.
• Drive along Chapman's Peak, located on the western side of the Cape Peninsula.
• Hike down to Noordhoek, a suburb below Chapman's Peak on the west coast of the Cape Peninsula.
• Continue for ostrich-viewing.
• Proceed to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and see Cape Point.
• Visit False Bay with your Cape tour guide.
• Also explore the Penguin Colony, which scientists have warned has seen a "catastrophic breeding failure" over the past three years linked to melting sea ice.
